Street Works Management will review your current legal position and propose changes to ensure all parties comply with their legal requirements. Local Authority and Utility Company teams and departments need to be aware of their obligations under NRSWA and the TMA. Working practices will be reviewed by Street Works Management and changed, if necessary, to include all parties working on the highway. This will bring together the whole company, with individual staff members aware of how they fit into the whole process and how important each role is performed.
The legal aspects of the NRSWA and Traffic Management Acts will be brought into your everyday procedures. Please note that a review may require policy changes. Street Works Management will be able to help your through any policy reports, Council Member presentations and Company Management backing consultations.
