Team and Service Plans
Street Works Management will write NRSWA, TMA team and service plans.
A team plan will include an input from all aspects of NRSWA, such as graphical focused reports on defect trends, failing contractors, challenging Local Authorities, planned improvements and how you intend to achieve your goals. The plans will record performance assessments, show external regulators that targets have been set and evidence is available with facts and figures to support your visions for the future.
Service and business plans will provide you with a basis for external assessment, as well as for your own customers. This openness will gain extra points on CPA reviews and will mark positively towards consultation requirements.
